1. 取得する情報

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得または利用する場合があります。

• 天気予報を表示するための位置情報
• ユーザーが手動で選択・登録したエリア情報
• おさんぽ通知の時刻、言語、登録エリアの地域名・代表座標・タイムゾーン、プッシュ通知用の端末トークン
• カスタムテーマに利用するためにユーザーが選択した写真
• アプリ内課金の購入状態、無料トライアル、サブスクリプション状態
• 広告効果測定に必要な広告識別子、端末識別子、IPアドレス、アプリ起動情報
• アプリの動作改善や不具合確認のために必要な技術情報

2. 位置情報の利用

本アプリは、現在地の天気予報を表示するために、端末の位置情報を利用する場合があります。 位置情報は天気情報の取得に使用し、運営者が不要に保存したり、第三者へ販売したりすることはありません。 利用者は、端末の設定からいつでも位置情報の許可を変更できます。

3. 写真の利用

プレミアム機能では、利用者が選択した写真をカスタムテーマや背景表示のために利用します。 これらの写真は本アプリ内での表示・調整に利用され、運営者が写真を外部へ公開することはありません。 ただし、端末やOS、利用している外部サービスの仕様により、必要な範囲で端末内に保存される場合があります。

4. 天気情報の取得

本アプリは、天気予報を表示するためにOpen-Meteo等の外部サービスを利用します。 天気情報の取得に必要な範囲で、選択されたエリアまたは位置情報に基づく緯度・経度を送信する場合があります。

5. おさんぽ通知

利用者が「いつものおさんぽ通知」をオンにした場合、選択した時刻に登録エリアの天気を確認して 通知を届けるため、プッシュ通知用の端末トークン、言語、選択時刻、登録エリアの地域名、 地域に対応する代表座標およびタイムゾーンを運営者の通知サーバーへ送信・保存します。 保存する座標は登録エリアの天気取得に用いる地域の代表座標であり、端末の現在地を継続的に追跡するものではありません。 通知は初期状態ではオフで、アプリ内の設定からいつでも停止できます。

6. アプリ内課金

本アプリのプレミアム機能、無料トライアル、サブスクリプションの購入状態は、AppleのApp Storeおよび RevenueCatを通じて管理されます。運営者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存しません。 購入、解約、返金等はAppleの規約および設定に従って管理されます。

7. 広告効果測定

Instagram広告から本アプリのインストール、無料トライアル開始、サブスクリプション購入に つながったかを測定するため、Meta SDKおよびMeta Conversions APIを利用します。 iOSの広告識別子は、利用者がトラッキングを許可した場合に限り取得します。 許可しない場合でも、天気予報およびプレミアム機能は引き続き利用できます。 トラッキングの許可は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。

8. 利用目的

運営者は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

• 本アプリの機能提供、天気予報表示、エリア選択機能の提供
• 利用者が選択した時刻に、登録エリアのおさんぽ判断通知を届けるため
• カスタムテーマ、写真登録、表示位置調整などの機能提供
• プレミアム機能の利用可否の判定
• 不具合対応、品質改善、利用者からのお問い合わせ対応
• 広告効果の測定、広告配信の改善、不正利用防止
• 法令または規約に基づく対応

9. 第三者提供

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。 ただし、天気情報の取得、課金状態の確認、アプリ運営に必要な範囲で外部サービスを利用する場合があります。

• Expo / EAS：アプリ開発、配布、動作確認

11. 安全管理

運営者は、取得した情報について、漏えい、滅失、毀損、不正アクセス等を防ぐため、 合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

12. 保存期間と削除

おさんぽ通知の設定情報は、通知機能を提供するために必要な期間保存します。 利用者がアプリ内で通知をオフにした場合、端末トークンと通知設定の削除を通知サーバーへ要求します。 アプリをアンインストールした場合は、配信サービスから端末トークンが無効と通知された後に削除します。 削除について不明な点がある場合は、本ページ末尾の連絡先へお問い合わせください。

13. 未成年者の利用

未成年の方が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。 アプリ内課金を行う場合も、Apple IDの管理者または保護者の同意が必要です。

14. プライバシーポリシーの変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内で分かりやすい方法によりお知らせします。

1. Information We Collect

The App may collect or use the following information.

• Location information used to display the weather forecast
• Area information manually selected and registered by the user
• The usual walk reminder time, language, registered area name, representative coordinates and time zone, and the device push token
• Photos selected by the user for use in custom themes
• In-app purchase status, free trial, and subscription status
• Advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, and app activation information needed for ad measurement
• Technical information necessary to improve the App and diagnose issues

2. Use of Location Information

The App may use your device's location information to display the weather forecast for your current location. Location information is used to retrieve weather data; the Operator does not retain it unnecessarily or sell it to any third party. You may change the location permission at any time from your device settings.

3. Use of Photos

In premium features, photos selected by the user are used for custom themes and background display. These photos are used for display and adjustment within the App, and the Operator does not publish them externally. However, depending on the specifications of your device, OS, or the external services used, photos may be stored on the device to the extent necessary.

4. Retrieval of Weather Information

The App uses external services such as Open-Meteo to display weather forecasts. To the extent necessary to retrieve weather information, the App may transmit the latitude and longitude based on the selected area or your location information.

5. Usual Walk Reminders

If you turn on Usual Walk Reminders, the App sends and stores your device push token, language, selected reminder time, registered area name, representative coordinates for that area, and time zone on the Operator's notification server so that it can check the weather and deliver a reminder. The stored coordinates represent the registered weather area and are not used to continuously track your device's current location. Reminders are off by default and can be stopped at any time in the App settings.

6. In-App Purchases

The purchase status of the App's premium features, free trial, and subscriptions is managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. The Operator does not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers. Purchases, cancellations, refunds, and the like are managed in accordance with Apple's terms and settings.

7. Advertising Measurement

The App uses the Meta SDK and Meta Conversions API to measure whether an Instagram ad leads to an app install, free trial, or subscription purchase. On iOS, the advertising identifier is collected only when you allow tracking. Weather and premium features remain available if you decline. You may change the tracking permission at any time in your device settings.

8. Purposes of Use

The Operator uses the collected information for the following purposes.

• Providing the App's features, displaying weather forecasts, and offering the area selection function
• Delivering a walk-decision reminder for the registered area at the time selected by the user
• Providing functions such as custom themes, photo registration, and display position adjustment
• Determining eligibility to use premium features
• Handling defects, improving quality, and responding to user inquiries
• Measuring ad performance, improving ad delivery, and preventing fraud
• Responding to matters based on laws or terms of service

9. Provision to Third Parties

Except as required by law, the Operator will not provide users' personal information to third parties without the user's consent. However, the Operator may use external services to the extent necessary to retrieve weather information, verify purchase status, and operate the App.

• Apple App Store: in-app purchases and subscription management
• RevenueCat: verifying purchase status, free trials, subscriptions, and forwarding advertising conversion events
• Meta Platforms: measuring Instagram ad-driven installs, app activations, free trials, and subscriptions
• Expo Push Service: delivering push notifications to devices
• Cloudflare Workers / D1: storing reminder settings, checking weather, and processing notification delivery
• Expo / EAS: app development, distribution, and testing

11. Security Management

The Operator takes reasonable security management measures to prevent the leakage, loss, damage, or unauthorized access of the collected information.

12. Retention and Deletion

Walk reminder settings are retained only as long as needed to provide the notification feature. When you turn reminders off in the App, the App asks the notification server to delete the device token and reminder settings. If the App is uninstalled, the data is deleted after the delivery service reports that the device token is no longer valid. Please use the contact information below if you have questions about deletion.

13. Use by Minors

If a minor uses the App, please do so with the consent of a parent or guardian. When making in-app purchases, the consent of the Apple ID administrator or a guardian is also required.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Operator may revise this policy as necessary. If there are any important changes, we will notify you in an easily understandable manner on this page or within the App.
